What is a FREE THINKER?

To become a Free Thinker means:

  • Someone who understands and knows how to be free from anxiety and depression
  • Someone who is Free from the fear of what others think of them (whilst still being caring and considerate of others)
  • Someone who has tamed the non-stop battering ram between their ears
  • Someone who is Free from negative and limiting attitudes

 

Is all this really possible in two days?

Yes. When you know 'how' its actually simple and easy to teach others. The problem is that most people just dont know how. "But that is ALOT of stuff to learn in two days", I here you say... Well, imagine your in a house with 4 rooms in it. Each room with a different label on the door:

FEAR, PAIN, GUILT, OVERWHELM,etc.

Now, a not so clever realestate agent offers you a whole bunch of keys, keys you have to sort through to gain access. You randomly try a key on the first door 'FEAR' and get lucky, the door swings open only to show you another 3 doors: 'WORRY', 'ANXIETY', 'STRESS', within that 'fear-room'... and thats just one door! You think to yourself "Surely there's a quicker way". Then, you here a casual whistling in the back ground. As you turn you see a young man who approaches you and says "hey, you want to get in those doors, huh?" (rye smile) "Well, i've spent the last 5 years figuring it out" as he extends his arm and places ONE key in your hand. "What's this?" you say" The young man explains "A master Key. One Key that gives you all access to all doors!" "I don't believe you" you reply... He instantly responds "you don't have to. Try and see for yourself"....

 

Winning with Precision

Suprisingly there is one master key that unlocks the doors to all emotional 'problems', and overwhelm... believe it or not. This master key gives us direct access to emotional freedom (precision) and then via specific techniques we learn to cope with and then master unwanted thoughts and feelings (winning).

You will leave this weekend experiencing what it is like to be Free from these 'normal' human vulnerabilites. All of which I, the seminar presenter, has lived through in my own life and helped others to overcome.

 

These are 'heavy' topics aren't they?

Yes. They are common emotional and physical sensations experienced by humans. And everyone, no exceptions, is at some time dealing with at least one if not all of the above; and all of these emotions are inevitable at some point in ones life. So the million dollar question is ARE TODAYS YOUTH PREPARED FOR LIFES CHALLENGES? Think about it... when tragedy strikes, how would they specifically deal with the overwhelming influx of negative emotions? Or the stress, the guilt, the grief, the anger, the resentment, the fear, worry or anxiety? If we are real honest and answered 'i don't know' then this is a golden opportunity to create strength within ourselves to manage challenges outside of ourself so that we can enjoy the journey instead of live in fear of it.

 

An important Question:

What information am i not yet aware of that if i learned would help to relieve my own inner struggles and those i care about?

 

Knocked for six!

At the height of my own inner happiness, following what i felt was right in my life, i all of a sudden had an unexpected event bring my own unrecognised weaknesses to the for front of my attention. To spare you the details, i found myself recently confronted with the most painful experience of my life. If it was not for everything that i had learned and become - how to cancel unwanted thoughts - how to release painful feelings - i may very well not be here speaking to you now! I learned from this experience one thing above all else - Loss is an opportunity for greater freedom. To do what you are really meant to do in this life.
The interesting thing was i had had a very similar experience 8 years earlier, which took me THEN 3 years to get over (after so much inner damage had been done) and then another 3 years to undo the residual trauma. This time the emotional pain was far more intense, at least 10 fold. But i managed to remove the unwanted feelings in days! And the unwanted thoughts in weeks. Although the recurring thoughts were particularly difficult to deal with. The techniques for coping with emotional overwhelm were highly effective, but the strategies for canceling unwanted thoughts were not as effective at such an 'emotionally intense level' as i would have hoped. It was as if 'something' said "ok wise guy, lets put you to the test to see if all you have learned REALLY works." So i was forced to grow and adapt, now 'voila!' They absolutely work and i know there are others out there who are in desperate need of these easy to learn techniques and principles that often result in rapid emotional freedom. So, whoever you are, this critical information is available to you.

 

Is the 'big block' stopping you?

The single biggest block to personal strength and self-development is THE FEAR OF FEAR. The fear of not wanting to deal with painful emotions, or the thought of painful experiences is the brains way of SETTING YOU UP FOR ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, GUILT, AND CONFUSION. Never let the brains short term fears rob you of the long term empowerment and confidence that arises from knowing how to manage ones unwanted thoughts and feelings; and as a result experience a far greater degree of life and self-confidence.

 

Are we missing the bigger picture?

If you asked any young adult "how would you specifically deal with depression, anxiety, major loss, emotional overwhelm, stress, criticism, drug and alcohol pressures, failure, and low self-esteem?" Chances are they would all get their first 'Z' on their 'self-development exam.' It's time to change the game and teach ourselves the simple, effective, and highly powerful principles and techniques to manage unwanted thoughts and feelings towards unexpected losses and events, and create a real level of confidence and easygoingness that arises from knowing in advance how to deal with stress, fear and depression... so that the moment LIFE comes knocking on your door "KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCK" and you open it; you do so with a quite sense of confidence within yourself because your prepared; you have trained yourself for the inevitable ups and downs of life. "Bring it on!" You might say.

 

Why focus on the 'negative'?

From personal experience it becomes apparent that the best way to solve a problem is to focus on the level above it. Therefore it is necessary to focus on the 'negative' so that we place our attention on the specific step-by-step strategies and exact attitudes to rise above unwanted thoughts and feelings. If someone is 6 feet under the water, there is no point throwing them a life raft- you have to meet them at the level they are at to be effective. The effective therapist/clinician/coach, knows how to identify and meet others at the level they are at/'stuck', and then if they are willing, help them to higher ground.
Expecting (not obsessing) and preparing for unwanted and unexpected life events gives everyone a far greater chance of coming out the other side mentally, emotionally and physically healthy.

Harrison Jason is an author and researcher in the field of self-improvement for young adults; specifically, step-by-step techniques that result in a greater freedom from fear and increase in ones self-empowerment. His journey began 6 years ago when he was suffering from anxiety, painful thoughts, body-image confusion, and unwanted feelings. Since this time he has pursued the answers to these human dilemmas.   • Must be 13 or over to attend. Those younger than 18 MUST have parental approval.
  • No-body over 26 may enroll (we have other workshops available; unless you are a parental figure).

Travel
St Leonard’s train station is a 10 minute walk to the Crows Nest Center. Alternatively, if you are driving to the event you may park in the Crows Nest Center Parking situated beneath the complex or be dropped off near 2 Ernest Place.

Attire
Dress is casual. Please bring a jumper or jacket as the room temperature varies depending on the weather.

Suggestions
Please bring a pen to take notes in the work book you will be given.
You will have numerous breaks as well as an extended 20-30 minute break for lunch so that you may be alert to the ideas and concepts that you will be learning.
